Tire bug?

First sorry for my bad english.
In Monaco, I have the following problem. Lose a mature, go back into the box and go back on the track and the tires or do not appear on the vehicle. Google has translated ;)

Monaco? - How are you able to drive on this track, is it listed as a different name in-game? (Played on Xbox One and it's not listed??)

It is listed as Azure Circuit for obviously licensing reasons.

I believe that is the only track that has a different name. The rest should all have their real world names.

Well that isn't a copy of Suzuka so therefore I suppose its a fantasy track.
