I don't like the vote system, the host should have all the power to start the match and kick people, not having to vote. Also how do i join a game in progress?

It could be a good idea, but then what if the host is a jerk? He'll set up races, let everyone get halfway through and then kick the leader or everyone, etc. While it doesn't suit all tastes, the vote to kick by consensus gives the most balanced system in the end.
