DLC Codes not working.{ps4}

Hey all,
I have purchased the Limited Edition and I received two(2) codes for car packs.

I have input the codes correctly. numerous times. on the dlc-projectcars.com website, as well as in the redeem code area on the PS4.
The two packs in question.

I was in the same boat go to the website and use the safari browser as it worked on that but not on chrome which i used originally. :)
