Disc Brakes

I have a question about the disc brakes.

Do they glow when they are very hot during braking?

I have not seen it yet.

They do indeed. Need to be really hammering them though.

You cant see it a the Formula A though, as they are sealed in the aircooling unit

Just started a race in the dark and at full throttle I held my foot on the brake slightly and the tempature went over 1000 degrees and now I saw them glowing really good :).
