Bought a pre-order steam version - didn't get the "The Modified Car Pack" bonus...

I contacted the support - and they said that it was written in the description: "This is a PRE-ORDER, its bonuses may differ from the official version of the game. The key will be delivered upon release. Released on 7th of May 2015"

Now I'm stuck with a pre-order version without the bonus cars... :(

Any advise on this?

You should contact Kinguin, as far as I know they are not an official reseller so there's little anyone here can do. Kinguin unfortunately has had it's fair share of trouble and some of it's resellers have sold stolen keys that have later been deactivated. That most likely won't be the case, but you should take it up with Kinguin.

Cheers!

Machinaea is right. Nothing we can do here.

I didn't know that there's a kind of key that doesn't include the bonus at all - now I see that they sell the version with the bonus. They gave me 5% off next purchase... My advise - don't buy from them!

did you not purchase the buyers protection? If not, it is sadly your fault and you can't blame Kingquin. It is just like a eBay auction. I hope you get it resolved regardless.

I checked the invoice now - I see there a line "buyer protection" (€1.40) - how can this help me?

You cannot purchase "grey" market goods then complain about what you receive.

Next time, pay the few quid extra.
