Hey guys, this might be a cheap question but I can't find an answer.
So I have a T300GTE wheel and only use it on my PS4. Is it possible to update the wheels firmware? Or will this just update the driver you would have on your PC but have no effect when using it on the PS?

Thanks in advance

You have to update the firmware on a PC.

You have to update the firmware on a PC.
That sucks.. But you definitely update the firmware of the wheel itself? Not the driver on the PC? So changes in the firmware will also apply when playing on the PS right?

First download driver via thrustmaster website.
Sure :eagerness:

So just to let you guys know, I updated the firmware on a PC and after a few problems (http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?24674-Error-while-updating-firmware-help-please!) it worked.

So updating the firmware via my PC will save the settings to the wheel so the update works when using on PS? any way of checking what firmware the wheel currently has installed prior to update?

Yes, the update will also take effect on PS afterwards. You can check the current version the Thrustmaster Control Panel. See also the Thrustmaster instructions: http://ts.thrustmaster.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=3&fid=15&pid=377&cid=15
