Screen Freeze

Screen freezing now and then whilst on line. Have good speed internet so don't think that's the issue. Also I was watching a stream and the player seemed to be suffering the same thing. Is this an in-game glitch? Help someone, this is ruining the game for me.

Same problem here but it also happens sometimes in single player

I'm also having this issue - on Xbox One. Screen freezes but the game continues on, won't let me pause it either so that I can wait until the screen "unfreezes". Has only happened in single player so far.
