I have a 4K Samsung, currently have it in game mode, but are there any other settings I should adjust to get the best picture and motion quality?

It depends heavy on your System. Please put them in your Signature and we can help :)

Depending on your System you probably are able to run it on real 4K Resolution.

Put in game mode for console.
Depends heavily on settings for tv, samsungs have tendency to be too bright out of box and sone of the 'extra processing' can slow display for gaming but some tv's not all disable it in gaming mode.
Try different settings and see.

Yea, I thought this could be played in 4k but I have no idea how to change that. I'm sure there are a number of other settings we can tweak to optimize the picture so any experts out there please help!

If your playing on ps4 it won't output in 4k thats for pcs, the tv may be able to upscale the image but chances are it will add lag.

Its possible sony may add support at later date but with huge bandwith demands I wouldn't expect many 4k games.

Understandable. By any chance do you have any fine-tuning tips for optimal picture other than putting the TV in game mode?

Turn off the extra processing is good general rule of thumb.
