Hello,
I started an invitational race with the MkEscort and it is impossible to control the car!
It doesnt stick to the road for some reason..great tuning for rallying, very bad for GT.
Any ideas of how am i suppose to tune this car to get it going?
Tried lowering the preassure in the rear wheels-nothing.

Thanks

That's how it worked in the 80s an 90s. Either they had huge wings and powerful engines, like in hte old DTM or they were basically road cars stripped from anything unnecessary. Drive them as you would road cars, just keep in mind that the rear will have less grip when you accelerate so be careful with the throttle.

Try softening up the rear suspension and roll bars

I think if you try driving the caterham for a bit first. That's a little more controllable, though with similar dynamics. These things had a lot of power on rear wheel powered skinny tyres. You have to slow down in a straight line.
Turn in really early and very gently get on the power. After a while you may find your counter steering with foot on the power. They are worth the time learning as they are plenty of fun. Maybe even turn the ai down
a bit from what you normally have so your not chasing too hard. I was doing a calendar race and on 90 ai was sweating trying to get a podium, where any other class I don't struggle at all.
