So, I'm following the formula shown here:

...and if I understand it correctly, the equation is: "your current FOV value" x "minimum speed sensitivity (%)" = your FOV when going at that speed? (the slower end)

But, what I don't get is, if I have my Cockpit Cam set to a value of 72, then that formula should read:

72 x 90 (the min speed value I selected) = 64.8 FOV

In other words, when I'm starting off at the lower end of the speed spectrum, my Cockpit is 64.8? So my question is, is my starting FOV no longer 72 in the cockpit? But now, 64.8?

I do get that it'll expand in view as the speed increases, based on my settings, but it's the starting point that has me confused.

Yes. You start with lower FOV then the base one set in camera options.

Ah ok, I get it.

So my default/standstill FOV will be the new value? ...and everything will start from there?
