Once you lose a tire in practice, return to the pit and get a new car, the missing tire is still missing. Is this a bug?
By the way I am running the PC version.

Thanks in advance.

Haha....had an similar situation. I had a damaged hood which blocked my view..so I drove into the pits with "repair damage: "on"" but nothing happened...I drove out as I came in...so I had to ram a wall in order to get the hood out of the way x)

I'd have to check, but I think there was a Bug not completely repairing a car after you select Return to Pits at one point in time. I haven't seen it happen in a while myself.

i have gone in for a tyre change after i wore them down that much that they were vibrating badly above 220kph, when i came out i still had the vibration so had to pit a second time whereupon they were fine afterwards, not sure why this happened.

I had a similar issue at silverstone, pitted for fresh tires and exited pit with no front left wheel at all, i called it the jenson bug, it will be adressed i have no doubt tho

Lost both front wheels in a crash (FA @ Glen GP) during an online practice session, hit "return to pits" drove out with invisible front wheels.

Because the car drove just fine just that the wheels were invisible.

I can confirm that this is happening (at least in practice). I have to restart the session to get the missing tire(s) back.

Also had this in free practice after losing one via a wall

Yupp, the Dev's are aware of this Bug. (We found it also internally in WMD Community)

It's just Visual... Phyics Wise it's ok.

I went on to race with invisible front wheels. whatever. still got a podium.

This happened to me in a dev build a long time ago but hasn't happened since. Pretty strange.

This also happens in the replays. If one watches a replay to the point where a wheel is missing, even going back to the beginning of the replay, the wheel will be missing. Though it's now easier to watch the brake rotors glow ;)
