I have turn on the Head Lights Reflection but it doesn't looks same as the effect in this video, are this effect no longer to release version?

There's no headlight reflection in the video. Video has stretched blue flares pasted on (I heard you can have it with Reshade but not in vanilla game) .

Sorry i'm not good in English, what i mean is how to make the head lights with "Star shape" effect just like the video shown?

AFAIK this effect was removed/reworked during development.

Why remove it? I feel this effect much close to real imo.

I think the light emitting from the headlights in the game look better than those in the video.
The video uses that star filter look, which is not realistic unless you are looking through very dirty glasses.

Please add option to select STAR filter....

The old build head light already very close to real, i didn't get it why you guys change it?

That star effect is caused by the camera filming it. You wouldn't see that with your eyes.

The replay view are TV cam, not human eyes, human eyes can't do zoom in zoom out effect.
