(These links contain a 'Register' button; once you register, I will send you a friend request within a few days to confirm your participation)

- Schedule -
Starting 9 & 11 June
Tuesdays (GT4) at 21:00 CET
Thursday (Formula B) at 21:00 CET.

Races consist of a qualification session and the race itself which will take between 30-45min. The Championships consist of 8 races, meaning that they are completed in 2 months (8 weeks). However, you are not obliged to participate in all races; even if you want to race just once that's fine.

- Getting into Races -
Once you have registered for a Championship using the links at the top of this post, you will be sent a friend request by Vitesse. At the start of each race, we will attempt to invite all registered drivers, so just make sure you're online when we start and we will take care of the rest.

- Skill Level & Assists -
These Championships are open to drivers of all skill levels so you absolutely don't have to be a racing pro if you want to participate. Races typically will last for around 45min. to 60min. and we will be lenient with the driving aids so the players with keyboards and gamepad can stand a chance.

The only thing we ask of you is that you are a clean driver, or at least try to drive clean: intentionally causing crashes is a big no-no and will result in a ban from all Championships.

Update: 26 (GT4) and 23 (Formula B) sign-ups so far!! However, we're still accepting more sign-ups.

This Thursday, we also have the official pre-season race in which championship drivers prove that they are clean drivers. This takes place @ 9PM UK, and the race is GT4 on Watkins Glen Short (20 laps)

In here you post the above , BUT, on the Steam forums you post:
'That's right, assists are turned off for everyone. GT4 are not very fast cars and gaining a lead on opponents is difficult. With assists turned off, the driving skills of everyone will become more important'

So, which is it ?

For the GT4 Championship all Assists are turned off (forced). However, this is not the case for the Formula B Championship. Initially I planned for both Championships to allow driving aids but then figured that GT4 cars don't need the aids as much.

GT4 starts tonight, if you still want to participate sign up quick!

Formula B starts Thursday and we're still looking for a fair amount of people for that.
