Not sure about anybody else but I'd love to see BTCC or WTCC included into project cars, what would everybody else like to see?

Think I've mentioned it once before on this forum but I'd love to see some NGTC cars in this game.

Btcc cars from 1994 to 2000 would be top draw and some more group c cars would be nice.

I'd love to see the Can Am cars in PCars although maybe it would be a bit bunk without the Porsche 917/30. It's scandalous how few racing games over the years have included the 917 in its various guises. It's been a massive miss from Forza for example.

Top idea. Btcc seems to be buzzing right now unlike f1. I loved toca from back in the day and I think we got 7 tracks already.

I think I read on this forum somewhere that TOCA historically signed a deal with a developer years ago however there was no stipulation that the developer had to produce a game. Unless the guys at TOCA can get round this I don't think we will see BTCC which is a shame as I'd love this to be included along with the tracks they race on particularly Thruxton as this has a very aggressive surface and has to have its own Dunlop produced, also hitting too many kerbs can cause puncture issues.

Codemasters have a deal with TOCA. Not sure when it expires though. That's why GRID, 1,2,Autosport has the BTCC Cars although without the official liveries.

Cat C Touring Cars
Honda Civic Touring Car
Ford Focus ST Touring Car
Chevrolet Cruze Touring Car
BMW 320 Touring Car

That's the Touring Car list from Grid Autosport which was the season before lasts line up (2013), 2014 saw Honda Yuasa Racing introduce the Tourer while there was still one Civic Saloon still in the pack, BMW (WSR) got rid of the 3 Series and used the 1 Series & Chevy dropped out with Toyota coming in (IIRC). 2015, see's the return of the Civic Saloon, 1 Series, Focus, etc. all stayed (Sticking to an explanation of the above list).

Thruxton is the fastest circuit in the UK and due to it's nature it needs special tyres :). Would love to see it in PCars.

I would like to see some more WTCC cars and maybe some Continental Tire series cars. I'd love to see some Community sponsored Endurance Events. 3+hrs.

Honda nsx. Best and most exciting car I've ever driven by a distance. Sold mine thinking I'd get another in couple years then watched them rocket in value and now a digital is all I'm likely to get.
The one on forza didn't seem much like the real thing to me.

SMS can still put the cars in from btcc, well not the btcc but super 2000 cars which the btcc cars were in the 90's, just with out there official paint jobs and btcc branding.

My mistake, not super 2000 car, Super touring cars.

I just want some cars to race with the Merc DTM car. An audi or a Beemer. That would be cool. It just kills me to have one car in the game with no counterpart to race against. I do like the paints on the Merc. No established teams or advertising. Just Race Cars.

Same happened to me with my Skyline GTR, sold it and now theyre getting expensive again and by the time Id get the cash together they'll have gone up even more. R32's have pretty much doubled in the last few years, Id sell the Bimma and get another R33 but my gal would murderize me!

Yes lot of pre 2000 cars shooting up in value. I have a stag at the moment, fantastic v8 sound, stunning to look at and british ridiculously cheap to buy run and insure. Hoping they will do the same.

I would assume by the lack of input on this thread from any WMD members, that this is in the pipeline anyway and they have all been sworn to secrecy. I could be wrong, but there seems to be a theme developing with lack of members chatter on threads of this kind.
All good things come to those who wait.

Depends on Codies I believe. As long as they (SMS) can come to an agreement with them (Codies) in terms of Licensing then yes. Codies has the following in their game already as I said:

Cat C Touring Cars
Honda Civic Touring Car
Ford Focus ST Touring Car
Chevrolet Cruze Touring Car
BMW 320 Touring Car

Which is the BTCC 2013/2014 cars. Super 2000 I don't think anyone currently has licenses for, unless Codies still have the license and are keeping it on the backburner for their next Grid game.

All speculation though.

Let's just cross our fingers and hope something comes up. Quite like that DTM merc, but I think something more competitive would be valued more by us customers.

16 grid race, close competitive racing, nothing beats that. I'd be playing none stop :)

Only joking... BTCC would be cool.

I don't believe that codemasters has a exclusive bttc license.

IIRC they do. They have a deal with TOCA who are administrators of the BTCC and supporting series.

Guessing by how much of the BTCC Support races are in PCars already, I'd assume that SMS already has some form of an agreement with TOCA and are probably (if not already) had the conversation with TOCA/Codies in regards to putting BTCC cars/related tracks/liveries (if possible) into PCars). Essentially, everything to do with Touring Cars is in PCars (I.e. a few BTCC Tracks, BTCC Support Races (Clio Cup, Porsche Cup, Ginetta Juniors, Ginetta G50, Formula Renault) apart from the BTCC cars themselves.

HOPEFULLY Super Tourers (which are the older cars, A4, Accord, Primera, Vectra, 406, Laguna, etc), NGTC and BTCC will make a showing in PCars.

But as I said before, it's all speculation in terms of the way it all works. Last I read/heard, Codies had the licensing/agreement with TOCA in regards to BTCC cars in their game. IIRC codies didn't have any of the support race cars in their games after TOCA 3.
