An off circuit adventure can be easily brought under control by applying the brakes and steering in the direction of traffic. I don't like it. If I make a balls up and drive myself off the track, or even if I have some help, I'd like the experience to be as 'sim' as the rest of the weekend.

I have the auto correction turned off, is there another setting somewhere I've missed? I am currently driving with the Stability Control on while I learn the tracks, is it something to do with that?

Thanks.

Turn off all aids, run down back straights at Dubai and brake very late and hard for that hairpin and observe.

What you're experiencing is the stability control doing a very good job of saving your arse :p

Well done SMS

If it's helping you on the grass it's also helping you on the black top. Switch it off and try TC instead
