I did a search on this but couldn't find anything!

I've been playing with the 'real' setting enabled which should give me the electronic aids related to the car I am driving, for example GT3 has both ABS and traction control.

Switched over to LMP2, no ABS but traction control is still in place, good :)

I decided to give the M1 Procar a run out, again no ABS but still has traction control, the same for the Zakspeed Capri. Now these two cars I kind of expect TCS to now be switched off and have to practice the art of throttle control again?

So did cars if this era have traction control or is the real setting only related to the brakes?

I'd be very surprised if the capri had TC in IRL.

Why in heavens would you drive with electronics on?

The point is I expected not to have any electronics in place in the old cars, where they should be in play in GT3 for example as the cars are equipped with them and the are allowed to use them under the regulations...

I am sure that the first thing a race car driver does is switch the ABS off right? ;)
