Hi all.

I already have Project Cars on PS4.
Just wondering is it possible to run the PC version on my Macbook pro (running windows of course with bootcamp) even at lowest settings?
Spec's are -
Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,1
Processor Name: Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 2.6 GHz
Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB
L3 Cache: 3 MB
Memory: 8 GB

Sorry don‘t know the answer but I am a little curious, so have a bump on me.

I'm very doubtful. Only 2 cores @ 2.6GHz is probably going to be a significant limiting factor. What does it have for a GPU (does it have one?)?

Also, IIRC, programs tend to run a little worse under bootcamp than on Windows proper, but I'm not 100% on that.

No GPU.
Intel integrated graphics only. Intel Iris 1536 MB.
It has an SSD though.

After reading around other places I don't think the spec of my Macbook Pro comes even close.
I think I would be better off with a gaming PC.
Thanks guys

Yep, without a GPU and only a dual core 2.6GHz processor, you'd be lucky to run it at all at the lowest settings I bet.
