At the time, I was really interested in the 1+ One, but I was annoyed by 2 things:
- the battery cannot be removed/replaced (not easily at least) which is inconvenient when using nightly ROM or when you have a second battery for travelling.
- it didn't support additional memory card, and I like to keep my things (photos, videos, music, etc.) separate from the "system" partition.

In the end, I choose a phone from the manufacturer which was building the One for 1+ : an Find 7 from Oppo.
Same "shape" but with removable battery and sd card support, slightly better performances for the Find 7 but also a little more expensive, while the Find 7A was around the same performance and at the same price.

Will we see some 1+ Two variation for this one too

I don't think it will run P Cars.

probably not, at least natively, but you can still play it through remote play ^^'

Hopefully they have resolved the possible processor overheating problems then.

The snapdragon 801 (in both the 1+ One and the Find 7) was pretty hot when pushing it.
Since Sony has already problems with their Z4 which is using the same snapdragon 810 v2.1 the 1+ two will be using, I doubt there will be miracle even with their thermal gel and graphite cover.

But that is only for very demanding apps, like recent 3D games. Since I (almost) never play on my phone, this was never a problem for me.

I have a moto x 2013 (perfect size) and moto x 2014 and it's really a bit too big for me.
So the one plus two will never be interesting for me with it's 5.5" display. They could offer it for 100€ I still would not buy it.

I don't like it that phones are getting bigger. 4,7" moto x is perfect. The upcoming moto x 2015 will be 5,2" again so I won't buy it. Maybe a second moto x 2013 as a backup or a similar 4,7" phone :-(

Are there plans for a smaller phone from one plus? It doesn't have to be a "killer". Just nice feeling in the hand and good antenna and good sound etc. I don't care about camera, since I barely make any photos, or excessive gaming with the smartphone.

here is a video from ifixit tearing down the phone to judge it repairability.

From what the X-ray shots are showing, the snapdragon cpu is underneath the memory module and I don't really see anything which would share the heat along the whole phone like they claimed.
