What's the car you enjoy the most? I'm not speaking about performances but driving pleasure, for me is the Zonda R, i find this car incredibly well balanced fast and responsive.

Hmmm, probably the CTR Yellowbird, massive fan of that car, such an engaging drive. Overall I just really like the road cars though.

Just raced with that online last night with some friends! Great car, I couldn't fully shake the understeer.

For me, my absolute favorite so far is the Marek RP 339H LMP1 car. Love the setup I'm running right now, and I enjoy that car on any track I race.

I havent had time to master even 10 cars. The game is so immersive that I can stay for days driving one car. My skill allows me to enjoy more the slower cars. Right now I'm having a blast in the Caterham R500 doing time trials. Havent even touched setups for this car yet it feels just like the real thing.

Agree with the BMW M1 it's great.
Initially the RWD P30 was my favourite- such a fun flick and stick car, easy to drive super fast but tricky to get the last 1% out of it... Admittedly it feels too artificial like the Audi Etron (fake and real, I know) but I just found myself leaning towards the Audi TDI and Oreca/Alpine LMP2 cars more, and now the LMP900 cars... The real cars have a certain noise and feel to them, almost like I'm expecting brake dust on my pants when I finish a race...

Haven't got my head round the Formula B yet. Love the Formula C, makes for good races.

Sorry, but I can't name just one. All below are an equal favorite of mine based only on driving experience.

road A: Lykan Hypersport
gt3: ruf rgt 8
formula: fg1000
Lmp: audi E-tron quattro

And honorable mention as of today: RUF ctr yellowbird, after fine tuning. I spent some time tuning to tame it on the Nordschleife track and I discovered the true potential of this car, one word "littleBEAST".

WARNING!!! and next week this list may be different.

1.
2014 Audi R18 E-tron Hybrid LMP1
Incredible grip and unbelievable acceleration and since Patch 3.0 the car is not more that easy to drive.

But honestly said every racecar in the game is great and i love them all

My favorite car (and absolute standout car for it's quality) is the Ruf CTR Yellowbird (I prefer mine in silver metallic though).
I wish we could make this game into a "Project Cars - Porsche Unleashed" and add a few Porsche (and more of these beautiful Ruf cars).

If we could get a Ruf BTR or a 993 based Ruf TurboR it would be absolutely fantastic.
I bought the last DLC just for the Ruf CTR and it was absolutely cheap.

The Ruf CTR also teaches you a lot of new things about tracks as you learn about track details like never before. I love this car (but it wouldn't hurt to have some early '70s naturally aspirated Porsche 911 racers in here too - maybe in March 2016 ???)

Surprisingly for me it's not the formula A, but is instead, ah heck who I kidding, of course it's the formula A

Group A:
Mercedes Benz 190E, I am still awful at this class. 190E is the easiest car to drive in Group A.

Historic B:
Ford Mustang 2+2, kinda rubbish brakes with excellent acceleration, its the most unique and fun car in that class. Just need to fix the collision bug then its perfect.

Road A:
Hard one to pick. It is either Lykan Hypersport or Mclaren P1. Both are fun to drive, I like P1 due to its GT3 handling but Lykan's space ship like interior visuals are excellent. Grumpet is good fun too. I love Huayra but the bugged flaps kinda put me off from driving.

Road C1:
My favorite is still A45, feels very agile with good grip.

GT3:
Another tough one. Probably between the Bentley GT3 or Audi R8 GT3.

LMP1:
Audi etron by miles. Love the sounds of that car.

Renault Clio:
Its a single class. As someone who always like touring cars, this car is one of the more pronounced turn in understeer which made it my favorite. It also doesn't have the odd tire heat physics that Group A has.

Formula Rookie:
I never liked open wheels but somehow this car is good fun to drive.

The last few weeks it's been the Radical SX8 RX, a real blast round the likes of Nordschleife, Ruapana and Bathurst.

In the last few days the RUF RGT-8 GT3 has had me gripped mainly because I struggled to get a clean lap round Bathurst without it diving into a barrier at the top of the mountain. With a slight change to my driving style and alot of swearing and restarts I have it sussed and I find it great fun.

The Zakspeed Ford for me - nothing happens below 5K rpm, but after that up to 10K, oh yeah. Same thing for the 320 turbo pretty much. Also enjoy the transam mustang.

The conclusion seems to be: I am stuck in the 80s and I shall now listen to some Toto :)

The car lineup in this game is great anyway, was skeptical at first, being used to the likes of forza, but I actually drive way more cars in this game because they actually have their own personality.

That horse has been beaten to death so many times now, it's not funny. I meant it more in a general sense, not manufacturer specific. Just mean I utilize more of the car roster. I'd love a whole lot of Porsche personally, but that won't happen anytime soon, besides the RUFs.

Yeah, It actually drives well with the stock setup, as long as you turn the differentials to 30-40% or even lower, not sure why it has insanely high settings stock on those, it creates a lot snap oversteer on exit and makes it turn in like a dog.

But with the diffs turned down, and driving it on the boost at around 6-7K on downshifts it becomes somewhat docile and fun.

No no no! Raced it for an hour against falcon, the biggest gap between us was 2.8 s at same point, two position changes in last lap and finished about 0.5 s apart.
All that with 60% acceleration lock. You lose pace with lower acceleration lock, will have a weaker acceleration out of corners, but yes it is more difficult!

My favorite ones are:
Sauber-Mercedes C9 - Classic look, always fun to control and insane acceleration and top speed
Audi R-18 e-Tron Quattro - Most entertaining in modern LMP for me, it really gives the feel of driving a hybrid vehicle
BMW Z4 GT3 - The nice and thrusty GT3 car, I try out nearly every new location with this one

It has to be the RUF GT3. Haven't driven a huge amount of cars. GT3 is my favourite class and this RUF seems to be more of a challenge to get right than the others. I think any car you spend a lot of time tuning and driving you'll fall in love with but this the RUF GT3 just feels a bit special.

Probably the Bentley GT3, what a beast it is but potentially wipes the floor with the others in its class. Just watch that rear end.

I've always loved the Formula B - but since 3.0 having tried it, I almost feel like something is missing - it might just be me, but I feel like it doesn't take as much effort anymore, like it's got more grippy?

I really love the Zakspeed Capri Group5 and the Audi 90 GTO. The Capri was the very first race car that I noticed consciously when I was a 9 or 10 years old boy. And until nowadays I am fascinated and amazed by its sound and its look. When I saw it on the release list of PCars I could not believe it. That single car was a big reason for me to pre-order the game combined with the track list and the general choice of cars.

Group 5 is probably my favourite classic GT class so far. Amazing sounds, unique 80s look and really different driving physics compared to most class in the game.

I am still hoping we will get more Group 5 for the game. 2 isnt enough after playing R3E.

I've driven RUF GT3 the most and that's the car I chose for my career so I guess that one in a sense.

Having said that I actually enjoy almost all cars since I often have an attitude of trying to make every car work and pick different cars for the sake of it. For example, I seldomly drive the McLaren GT3 simply becuse so many others use it. That wouldn't explain my RUF preference, but hey.
Yesterday I was entering another GT3 race (and a rare formula B race, that was fun!) as usual and I though that I hardly ever pick the Mercedes GT3 since I think it's ugly, it drives like extreme caster (no surprise looking at the length of the hood), and very few others pick that car, so Imma pick that one just because. And make it work!
I couldn't at first, I was clearly slower than with other cars and jumped out of multiplayer to free practice to try to fix it up. I ended up changing two thing primarily: brake pressure from default 90% to 100% and much softer rear slow rebound dampers. And then I could do the times I usually do with other cars. And then it became more fun and then I suddenly liked the look of the car because of it.

So I think the more effort I put into a car the more fun it becomes. At least as long as I progress. And it feels good to put maybe the only car of that type in that race high up the qualifying list :)

Also with the SLS AMG GT3 there's a little thing people should know about: The real car, in real life as well, has pretty inefficient aerodynamics. At higher DF settings they tend to get more drag than DF, so it is very common for the real life teams to run the car with minimum DF settings even on tracks not normally thought of as minimum DF tracks. This is also the way it's modeled in pCARS, so don't be afraid to use lower DF settings. =)

Almost all of the cars for me...

Lately I've gotten a taste for the 320 TC. On controller, at least, it'll really bite back if you drive without commitment and precision. It keeps me on edge and focused.

I also adore the Lancer for its forgiveness. You can really throw it around if you want to. It's a joy to drive.

As well as my current career car, the Formula C. It's not really all that special in any sense, but it does exactly what I expect it to and responds to setup changes very sensitively.

In terms of enjoyment, I find the slower cars more fun because they move around so much more. Anything GT3 and above is so stuck to the road that you're more focused on brake points and keeping the car headed toward the apex than you are the way the car is moving around. With the slower/older cars, I find I'm more engaged just trying to keep the car straight... or sideways, depending on my mood :)

I've been lapping the BMW 2002 Turbo quite a bit lately. At Cadwell Park, turn 4 after the Park Straight is really hairy if you turn off ABS, TC, and stability control (as the car came from the factory). It's a really balanced little car. It moves around a lot, but there's a real satisfaction in finding just the right speed that it will settle over on its side and grip its way around a corner.

When I want to go a little faster, the EMW E30 M3 Grp.A car is a lot of fun. SMS really captured the characteristic induction sound of the S14. This is another car with fantastic balance. There's not enough power to brute force the car around the track, so you have to finesse it. This is, IMO, the most fun car to lap the Nurburgring with on a foggy morning at 6 AM. I find that I get a lot of the same enjoyment out of the M1, but it's just a little to performant. I find myself back in racing mode, rather than enjoyment mode.

Finally, what is probably the pinnacle of enjoyment in PCars for me, is the RUF CTR Yellowbird on either California Hwy or Azure Coast. There's no other car in the game that simultaneously moves around like it's on ice, but always seems to maintain control. It's an incredibly rewarding car to drive.

Lotus 49 particularly
Remaining historic Lotus F1 cars
Radicals - exactly how I imagine them behave in real life.
Atom V8 - not an out and out race car but great fun once you sort the brake balance and diff out.
Formula A & B feel right to me. Don't know how they got FC so obviously wrong.

These are the most rewarding imo with no assists and the real gems of the game if you ask me.
