So now, I ordered Project Cars and I well received , so I moved and I run , everything works . But my only problem is that my PC is above the minimum configuration and yet even with game performance at the game is unplayable minimum limit. This is very disturbing because I was looking forward ... There is there a way to play with are not necessarily necessarily a good quality screen, but it is at least fluid ? Or possibly an inexpensive way to better run the game ?
Thank you for your aid.

Both your CPU and graphics card are outdated and need upgrading. That basically means getting a new PC. With 30-40 euros, there's nothing you can buy to improve pCARS performance drastically (well, maybe a winning lottery ticket).

You could look on the used market and try to buy a gtx 550 or 560. The play experience should be good enough for you.

The used market may have something (http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NVidia-ASUS-GTX-560-Ti-DirectCU-DirectX-11-1GB-GDDR5-Graphics-Card-/221889063005?hash=item33a99e685d) for you.

Good luck.

What's an "Intel Core i2", by the way? I guess a dual-core E6600 or something like that?

What's an "Intel Core i2", by the way? I guess a dual-core E6600 or something like that?If it is then no graphics card on the planet is going to help. I wondered if the OP hit the wrong key and meant i3. Even then, that's below par - the requirements do state quad-core processor and the i3 is not a true quad-core.
