Can we PLEASE have the full 100% of the controller brake trigger working?

It currently tops out at around 70% activation. Braking would be made a lot more sensitive and easier to predict.

PLEASE!!!

Thanks.

Try increasing deadzone setting, im using ps4 but have mine set at 50 ,

I have dead zones set to 0 so I should have complete range of the triggers. Increasing the dead zones means you will get less meaningful movement of the trigger.

I noticed that looking at my telemetry tonight. Both throttle and brake (R2 and L2 I use) are at 100% at ~80% "travel".

Dead zone 50 means only half your brake travel is working. So from 0-50, you got nothing.

I also have this for throttle and brake pedal. In calibration they max out way before hitting the physical end of the pedal way.

What car are you struggling with. 0 dead zone should give you full range. Try 10 on your sensitivity.

If the input peaks at 70%, then deadzone and sensitivity won't really solve the underlying issue (though using a very high sensitivity can make the output higher than 70%), this sounds like a calibration problem or a problem with the trigger itself. =/

But both triggers are doing it!
And my DS4 is new-ish. I take care of it. No kids get a hold of it and bash it around... :(
Anyway, I'll try a proper controller reset and see how we go.
Might be worth a try

Oh oh OH, you guys mean that the output is at 100% when the trigger input is at 70%, right? I thought it was the other way around, even with the trigger fully down the output was only 70%! Sorry, my mistake. =)

Yes Jussi, the other way around. I have multiple controllers here and they're all identical. There are no adjustments in the controller panel that help with this, adding to the dead zones only makes the problems worse. This is the same issue that made the game impossible to use on the xBone at release, it was improved in one of the early patches but has never been 'solved'.

Please could this be treated as a priority, it will improve the playability greatly for those of us that can't afford or can't use a wheel.

Thanks.
