How do I switch PCars from my near full C drive to my empty D drive.

Don't want to do anything silly and make a mess of things

Re install it then move the file containing the profile data to the new location

A quick and dirty way to do it would be to simply cut/paste Steam/Steamapps/Common/pCARS folder to somewhere on D partition.

From inside that pCARS folder, right click pCARS64.exe and "create a shortcut." Move shortcut to your desktop.

When you double-click the shortcut, pCARS should start.

I cannot open Steam currently (I'm at work), but in the Steam settings there is an option to define where your games will be stored/downloaded. Change that.

yes, make a new folder "steam games" (or something) on the D: Drive and move the complete folder there.
then go into steam and add the new folder to your games libary.
maybe steam dl some files but after this its working.

Move the "Steam" folder to the new drive, delete everything except Steam.exe, steamapps and userdata. Then clic Steam.exe from that location.

Delete the Steam folder from your C: drive.
