just wondering, i was doing a formula race earlier on and i thought to myself do the tyres show wear or deform in anyway? i couldnt tell :/
if not it would be a nice feature to see

Yes they do, the percentage of blue/green/red in the four rectangular boxes on the main HUD and telemetry HUD compared to the black outline of each box, shows you the percentage of wear on the normal racing rubber for that compound.

When a tyre on the HUD shows no colour, an imminent puncture is not due straight away, you will still be riding a thin layer of rubber that will be very thermally unstable.

Nah, I think the op meant visual wear indicators on the tire itself. Like setting flatspots when driving slowly. Which is, unfortunately, not implemented.

yeah sorry i should have said visual.

would be a nice feature seeing flatspots and the tyre shredded especially if your using a open wheel car.

The visual part I think it's not for pC1 IIRC
