Hi everyone.

If you are competing in the SMS-R Driver Network Championship race, Formula A at Spa, please keep within the white lines at every corner on the circuit.

At the time of writing this post (Monday November 9, 12pm GMT) only about 25% of you have posted valid lap-times, with everyone else being penalised for going outside the white lines.

The following parts of the circuit are the most common track cuts, so please take extra care in these corners. See this circuit map (http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/13_Belgium_EN_CMYK_300dpi.jpg) if you're not sure which corner we are referring to.

Eau Rouge: Inside left curb on entry.
Radillion: Inside left curb on exit.
Malmedy: Outside left curb on exit.
Rivage: Outside left curb on exit.
Turn 9: Outside right curb on exit.
Pouhon: Outside right curb mid-corner.
Fagnes: Outside right curb on exit.
Stavelot (Turn 14): Outside left curb on exit.

So do you check each ghost uploaded i have 1:40.7xx, .59x etc etc???

I know my 1:40.79x is valid but not sure on my .594 as i hit the curb going into pouhon which may have pushed me just mm wide just pass the line not sure though

We are only able to check your fastest ghost using our current system. However, we are working on an improved system for the future.

Hello everybody,

I saw that on pc aids are available?

When you are checking ghost, is it possible to have bug during game? Since yesterday i cant have run because of pausing game, crash or changing view... As if somebody use a contrôler near to me.

Thank you for help.

Is there a way not to save a lap if you've watched the replay and gone outside the lines?

Edit: There doesn't seem to be. I watched a replay and restarted session before exiting and it still saved the time. If there really isn't that's a pretty serious issue. I didn't go way over the line and I couldn't tell in cockpit view, but it was clear as day on the replay.

There isn't a way around this at the moment, but it is something we're looking at as part of our wider improvements to how we use the ghost system in future championships.

Thanks. I managed a faster clean lap personally, this time, just barely in the top 30. Will there be a revised time list with only clean laps?

We always publish official results for events which are part of the Driver Network Championship. These results only include clean laps and show the top 20 overall drivers from PS4, Xbox & PC.

The Formula A event at Spa was a Driver Network Championship race, so official clean results will be published later this week.
