I just got this thing. Are there any other ways to add more resistance to it. I tightened the screw but noticed no change. Also is there a setting in game to enhances the FFB when changing gears?

Re. your last question, are you asking if there's force feedback on the shifter itself? If so, there isn't any FFB on it at all.

As for resistance, I have no idea, I've been more than happy with the default resistance on my TH8RS shifter (which I believe is near identical to the TH8a)

Sorry, no not on the shifter, I mean feeling that kick through the wheel.

You could add a transducer and with the software Simvibe you can select what events will cause rumble, for example gearshifts, engine vibrations, bumps etc.

Doesn't tell, but you should have some sort of rig/chair to bolt it onto.
