Got a driving force ex at min but would like a 900 degree wheel. Had a go on mates g27 and found lot better.
I can get a g29 for 160 or t150 for 140 so prices similar. I'm not great driver. Which would be better?

Between those two, I'd choose the G29. The pedals are far superior compared to those of the t150

Want a 900 degree wheel. Can't decide between g29 or t150. Both similar price 160 vs 140.

Welcome to the (slightly) mad house Alex.
I'm with Invincible here. The G29 has much better pedals than the T150 which alone makes it worth to prefer it.

Oh btw., please don't create multiple threads on the same topic, thanks. :)

Great. Was going to go for t150 so glad asked. Saw 2nd g25 for 100. Everyone says g29 is 10 year old tech so would I be as well off with that?

If the G25 is in good nick I'd go with that as the shifter has sequential as well as 6 speed, also the pedals are the same as the G29 although the G29 has the pedal mod firming up the brake, the G25 is better than the G27 due to straight cut gears rather than helical giving it less deadzone.

The G29 is basically a G27 update with the buttons on the wheel rather than on the shifter, so if you prefer buttons on the wheel go with a G27 or G29 but I use all the buttons on the shifter and you don't really have to look at it as they are handily set out.

I have had my G25 for 8 years now and done over 200k on it and the only issue I have had is the leather is slightly worn and I have heavily and I mean heavily abused it, if it packs up I will probably replace it with another one or go the G29 route as my mate just bought one as an upgrade to his old Momo and he loves it.

I got the G29 today, and apart from a very slight 'clack' at the very centre of the wheel where the deadzone is it is phenomenal. Feels really great, the pedals have a great weight to them (the brake pedal in particular) and it's just a quality product! No experience with the T150 but the G29 is fantastic.

In the T150 vs G29 battle, I'd take a G29. See sig for a wheel guide. As you can see, the T150 is one class down from the G29 & T300RS.

I might get g25 then after that write up. Sounds good. I thought I'd be buying old tech nut sounds maybe best of all.

Argos has the T150 for 44.99, mispriced but they are selling if you can find one at your local store.

Or you can have my fanatec Gt3RS and CSR pedals for the right offer.

Got g25 now. Love brake pedal and knocked half second of best lap so can't complain. Had to turn ffb down a bit even thought advice seems to be not to

Good choice, set the Deadzone removal at 5%, FFB 100%, tyre force 75% and steering gain 1.00 and you should be golden.

Might try that. So far I've used jack spade ffb sop 66. Turned ffb down to 80 and followed settings off sticky. Might try lower tyre force and up ffb to 100%
