Having detected FFB FY und MZ are apparently swapped, and Fz is extreme strong, means could be 0.
Is there any special track in project cars for drifting ?

what do you mean special track? the car should behave the same at all locations since its turbo, altitude wont affect power output too much.

Try Brno.

A good drift track would have corners of varying lengths and radii connecting to each other with very few long straight bits.

Is that what you analyzed yourself?
IIRC I read that the Rabull has a rather special suspension geometry, making the FFB feel different than normal cars.

The default setup is quite good, maybe you can set the steeringratio a little bit faster, that helped me a lot.
And BRNO is indeed a very good track for this car.
But like BoereJack (http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/member.php?116286-BoereJack) shows in his video, you can practice there with enough of space.

Yes, normally Fy generates proportional increasing force and torque from natural lateral tire force and Mz generates force, torque dependent on wheel angle, meaning it gets weaker from an amount of wheel angle.
At this care the behavior is swapped. You can test this with only one component in use.

It seems the large area what I am looking for.
But this tracks (Mojave) should be part of the expansion packs for the mx5, than the bannochbrae

Mojave was released before the radbull mx5 was released.
