I think the word you're looking for is reflection but no I don't know of any way to remove the reflection

No there is no way to change the reflection I'm afraid.

yeah I wish there was a mod for this, while I appreciate the realism, it really hurts the graphics for those that use an in car view. In 4k, the game looks bananas in an open cockpit car like a formula...but back in a GT3 the view is not as breath taking as the slight reflection/glare on windshield mutes the track's graphics. and no I can't play in another camera, haha I need that immersion with my wheel...

Just like real life then.

Hello friends!
Sorry about the newbie question, but:
Is there an option that removes the glass reflection when you drive from cockpit view?

Thank you for any help...

Patrick

This question was asked just yesterday - here (http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?48481-Reflection-on-windscreen&p=1301154#post1301154)

Short answer is 'no', it cannot be removed.

It might be possible by dummying out the reflection texture in the car's .rcf file or changing it to a clear texture - JDougNY or LamboMantisMan might have more insight on it than me though.

I wish it had more stuff on the windscreen, they are far too clean imo.

If the car manufacturers can't use common sense not to develop dashboards that will reflect, then yes I agree that across-the-board legislation should be introduced with binding minimum requirements. It's not something I'd ever thought of as I don't have this problem in my car, but it's unbelievable that with all the safety tests that have to be carried out on cars to do with crashing and seatbelts etc., they haven't considered one involving driving towards the sun.

Have you tried turning down the Reflections graphics setting from Ultra to low as a test?
