Is it just mine or are the photo mode in replay unable to move and pan the camera
Unlike to save the replay on good races and take some dynamic or action photos but unless I pause the game while racing when I click photo during replay I can't control the camera

If you are on PS4 you can connect your Dualshock when the wheel is connected. It will give you a more intuitive way to use photo mode.
