Are some cars locked?

Hey guys, first post.

I just got the game and am setting up a custom event. I’m trying to find my real life car (Honda Civic) and I don’t see it in the car list. I know it’s in the game because it’s listed on Project Cars site.

Am I missing something? Do I need to unlock it? Funny how I can choose Ferrari’s but not a Civic lol

The Civic Type R is part of the Japanese Car Park DLC

You might have got a redeem code for that dlc with your purchase. I bought a disk and the code was in there.
