In PC1 there was an Option to deactivate the audience in VR. This gives for me much performence with VR. In PC2 I see the audience and the FPS sinks on the start/finish straight we much of them, but I don't find the Option to deactivate them.

You have to add the command -"skipcrowds" or "-skipcrowd", I don't remember, in steam: right click on pCARS 2, properties, define launch options.

now i found the option in oculussettings.xml file (HideCrowds=true)
It helps that I have the old files from PC1 to see the difference.

Or you can do it this way... Maybe.
Didn't know about this. "-skipcrowds" is working for sure though, in case HideCrowds is not.
