Thank you! You must have seen my post! I had a dedicated post for this but it got merged for some reason. So far the Audi's default loose setup has bested my tweaked stable setup around Laguna Seca with room for improvement! I would love to try the NSX's, Huracan's and AMG's loose setup as I've been spending the most time in those three trying to see which one I'd like to stick with. Thank you for your effort in posting the McLaren and Ferrari! About to try them both. :)

Thank you so much! Your effort is greatly appreciated for us console players who don't have access to these! I've seen your posts and noticed you're proficient at tuning and would like to ask if you've seen any tangible gains lowering the brake duct openings?

Sorry, not yet. I've been too busy just sorting through the LSDs and trying to get all my GT4's to run well. Some of them I had to change dampers and the Fords took me more time than I care to admit.

NSX Sorry, didn't scroll down far enough on the LSD. You know for some reason I have problems scrolling down the LSD with this car's set up, I thought this why the NSX is c**p for me. It's been hobbled with only preload on the Clutch LSD, I'll have to take another look at it.

If you notice that in most cases the "Loose" set up has the Power ramp at 45 vs 50 and up for "Stable", 90 is off so the lower number is giving you more power locking and along with preload you could get a better launch out of corners with the loose set up if you can control your car.

Yep, that was it. Switch to Dynamic LSD and although I haven't run this car much I can work with it now. Still slow but it's me now not the car so much. Thanks for asking me to post up the Loose set up or I wouldn't have known so we both benefit, a win win.:D

What are the advantages of running both a geared and clutch lsd vs just a clutch? Do most cars benefit from this?

Hi Iconiqk, Jussi has this option to give us more choices in the LSD so we can tune the car to our preferences/abilities. If you use the Dynamic I think it helps because most of us are familiar with the old PC1 differential(acceleration lock, deceleration lock and preload) and although the Clutch LSD has these as well for me I think I have better car control entering corners and accelerating at the apex for exit with both. You need to try it and see if you like it and if it's easier for you to adjust. You can further tune this with the clutch packs(same as you could with Clutch) so it's all about gaining confidence in the differential so that you can focus on driving lines etc..

Oh, there are 190+ cars and I have only driven maybe 40? He has this set up in one of the Ginettas that I know of, possibly more, there isn't a list. I switch to the Dynamic on all the cars I run now.

I will give your settings a try. I noticed you run Silverstone National a lot, is this because it's a good track to get a good baseline setup that'll work well for other tracks or is it a preference thing?

New game, new tires, new physics model, new cars, I went with a track I am familiar with but I had started at Dubai, not much interest there though, and ended up here.

Wow! What a difference these LSD settings make! The car rotates so much more throughout the turn, no sign of understeer at all and I'm able to get the power down a lot sooner because of it. Very stable too. I would love to try these settings out on other cars, would you say these are good base settings for the rest of the GT3 cars?

I use it on all of mine, you need to be willing to adjust preload according to the car and power but mostly you can leave Coast alone so yeah good starting point. If you are comfortable with it you can start adding power until it's hard to control then back off a little.

Thank you for all your help. This information is very useful in fine tuning a vehicles characteristics. I knew LSD settings made a difference buts it's really night and day!
