So each time i race the ffb is working fine one minute the next ffb is gone. The wheel is fine because when i go back to xbox main screen the wheel has some spring to it again. Anyone had this issue?

I have in between sessions. Not during a race though. Turning it off and back on again always fixes it for me

So you pull the power out the back of the wheel?

Its yet another one of the bugs carried over from pcars1. How this still happens is beyond me.

Unplug the usb from the console and then plug back in. This will fix it. Luckuly it doesnt totally mess up the FFB like it did in the first game probably due to the fact that FFb can now be adjusted in game. So I guess thats and improvement at least.

No, just turn it off with the xbox button.

Thanks for the advice guys. Will give it a go. Super disappointed with the bugs, puts a downer on the whole game

I've been having this issue more and more.

It happens everytime I go from a qualifying lobby to a race lobby. Load into the race zero FFB and car is like floating. You would think ok, No FFB I;ll just be careful. Nope spin out 30ft from wherever I was. It's like my car is on ice suddenly.

I have 2 issues, anybody else the same ? Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition, xbox one x, latest firmware installed to wheel. iam not feeling kerbs at all, just the track and everything else. tested the wheel on thrustmaster software, no issues at all, works great. I have tried all ffb flavours and tweaked settings within , still no feeling of kerbs at all, just sound when i go over them. Also, i use the alacantara add on, however this is not recognised at all by the game, it thinks iam using the 458 italia, it once was the 458 italia when i bought it but put the alacantara add on immediately, so no kerb feeling at all and game wont recognise the alacantara, any help would be appreciated . Thanks

Confirm your feelings, I have the same hardware configuration and I have the same problems.
Hopefully they will fix this with the next patch upgrade.

It's true, I've read the list of PC patch improvements ... .
If these improvements will also be included in the Xbox version, many players will be happy. ;)

I have never had this problem on my TX458 but I have another question according this wheel. It occured on rallycross yesterday and I have handbrake on button A and I accidently pressed button B and I couldnt change gears anymore, not on buttons on the back no paddles and th8a didnt work at all. Worked again after restarting wheel. B is not assinged to nothing so is kinda funny.

I haven't experienced this but once with the TX. Since switching to the TS-XW I haven't experienced any issues. But I know PC1 still has this issue with the TX and it was rather prevalent. I'm pretty sure its a Game/Wheel issue as the wheel would never lose FFB with any other racing game I own (F12014-2017, Dirt 4, Forza 6, NASCAR Heat 1&2, Baja Edge of Control)
Yep, Project Cars pretty much has the Patent on Multiplayer issues and FFB issues with wheel compatibility.
