On the PC you can create the password for the lobby itself, on the Xbox it is unfortunately created automatically and that are then so many characters, very cumbersome to share.
With Assetto Corsa you can also set your own password on the Xbox, so it can not be due to Xbox Live.
Would be great if you could change that in Project CARS 2 yet
