Hello lovely PC2 members

What is the ideal try pressure for a group C class cars mainly the jaguar xjr-9 LM can seem to find any information on this class

I follow the guide for GT and prototypes, which is 1.6-1.9 bar.

Same for me, for most tracks I find 26 PSI works best, a little higher for tracks with lots of straights such as Le Mans and Monza.

Yea did some testing today at le mans wow that car is crazy/scary but a bit of fun and your right needed bit higher starting pressure on that beast

In addition to driving the car and seeing what feels best. You can look at tire temperature gradients as that will tell you if you have the correct inflation and stance. Essentially you want anywhere from 5 degrees C to 10 deg C, temperature gradient from the inside of the tire (hottest) to the outside of the tire (coolest). If you have the proper inflation your middle temperature should be somewhere in between the two values. If it's closer to the inside temp it's over inflated, if it's closer to the outside temp, it's under inflated. Here is an example of the calculations.
