Hello I've had this issue for a while and I am not sure what is causing it. Anytime I do a race over 2hrs and try to view the replay afterwards it causes my race to completely reset. I think I posted this a while ago, but don't remember getting any advice on how to fix it. Here is a video showing what happens. Fast forward to 4:03:36 mark to see what I am describing. Any help would be appreciated as to what is causing this. I have my game installed on a 1tb m.2 so storage space isn't an issue.

I'll add to this that I only have two replays saved as of right now and 0 screen shots. Again any help is solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

the more drivers in a race, the shorter the replay that can be saved, as there is more data per minute.

I know, thats why i found ir strange.32 cars at vintage Le Mans only allows me to save 17m.but judging from other times on other races,i would say that even if i did a 2 car race in a 1 km track it wouldnt pass much the 20m mark lol

Sadly not much of a replay can be saved.

Does this apply to PC as well?

Yes... you have to record each cars data, so more cars = more data = larger file size. 2.4 hour MP test we did during dev was a 1.6GB replay (I think we ended up with around 20 cars running at the end, as people dropped out through various issues.. mostly due to crashing their cars or buggering up pits stops)

Okay so I usually run 26-32 cars offline and the replay files are about .75gb for every hour of racing, so I'm not sure why that would be an issue.

the replay file of SONO's Lemans 2h40 session last saturday is about 1.9GB.
I have no problem to view it from start to finish.

It's not, at least on PC (or I should say, it shouldn't be)... all the issues with replay on console are due to console specific limits on individual file size and possible total storage allowed. That means that due to the file size limit, you get a longer replay with fewer cars on track.

Right so I'm confused as to why I cant save or even view replays on my PC that are over a 2hrs. Do any MODs have or SMS guys know what could he happening?
