I am not sure if this is what you meant but try this:
Try in the Garage to adjust the air in your wheels. Take some out from the 2 front and put some in the rear ones. Try some free practice rounds on your track and adjust them for each track.
If its not helping try to be more specific what is exactly the problem with your corners?

I've found that adjusting the front and rear sway bars to 14 and seems to be pretty good on most tracks makes it very driveable

Also on PS4 adjust the controller settings. As this helps turn all cars/karts.

I seem unable to keep heat in my front tyres. This is pretty much when driving flat out. On the second lap the heat just goes. I've not yet changed anything on the set up.

Edit: By changing the HUD: left on d pad (Xbox one) you can view temps in greater detail and tyre temps stay warm, the small temp gage on the main screen shows as cold although the more accurate telemetry show they are fine. Possible bug?
