    When I tried to figure out which settings to use, I tried FFB 75 and TF 100, and compared this with FFB 100 and TF 75. To me the former option was clearly more "dull" than the latter, so I've been using FFB 100/TF 75 since. I believe I had SG at 0.80 at the time, I use 0.77 now.

    Spade Folders are ensuring perfect ffb but some realism feelings being lost. When I don't use tweaker folders, I feel steering more realistic.

    It's because the default settings have very dominant Fy forces. It is what people most associate with forces from the front wheels, so it feels natural to feel those forces more. That's why you feel it's more realistic, however after driving with those settings for a little, you will begin to want more forces to let you know what the rest of the car is doing. That's how i see it anyway. Of course, if you see that you are getting better times and more enjoyment with default tunes, keep using them, or just lower the Fy just a little to tame them.

    FFB isnīt a 1:1 RW simulation, IMO it mirrors the carīs physical situation on the track in FFB language on the wheel, the absence of G forces in a
    sim is an important factor and should be considered as well. What Iīm trying to do is enabling the wheel to transmit as much info as possible
    to the driver, it isnīt necessarily what you would feel on a real carīs steering wheel.

    My steering gain was not enough, I have increased it to 1,45 from 1,20 just as like your recommendations, now feeling is better with your ffb folders. Danke schön Jack. Steering weight is lighter with your folders than the default settings. Maybe you should warn about this.

    What about this hint on OP?

    Recommended Global FFB Settings
    Tweaker files are optimized for best performance and maximum output level and should be used in combo with following settings as a
    foundation and starting point for all type of wheels in order to avoid clipping.

    Ok, you are right.
    Another thing, by feeling lots of physics on the steering wheel, controlling car is harder to me. I dont know whether i am alone at this.

    CSW v2 alternative global setting - DRI or PWM?

    Statements of Andrew Weber, constructor of our system, obtained from a FFB discussion in pCARS 2 forum a few days ago.

    OK, so I drive a DD wheel most Wednesdays now, and I have a CSW v1 and v2. If you pull the drag out of the CSW, and use a light rim, I'd put it closer to the DD (at 30-ish %) than an entry level wheel. But as with all Fanatecs, you really have to carefully dial the drag out them to make them that good. With the drag at default, frankly, I'd rather drive a DFGT (although I have a soft spot for the DFGT...great FFB for the dollar).
    Do not use DRI!!!! Use the per wheel momvement settings.

    How I do it is keep FFB on, but have all the forces turned or tweaked off. Then adjust linear FFB movement to whatever negative value leaves the wheel seeming frictionless whel you give it a solid nudge. You may need some positive quadratic per wheel setting to counter it accelerating with stronger nudges since the "drag" is itself non-linear (less with more speed).

    Then put your forces back on.
    Following his suggestion hereīs my current setting > on the CSW v2 "Dri = 3", the alternative red marked "Dri = off"

    TF = 75 - fixed
    DRR = 0.05
    DRF = 0.02
    RA Gain = 1.50
    RA Bleed = 0.10
    RA Clamp = 0.85
    SK = 0.86 / 0.0
    SR = 0.28 / 0.0
    SC Half = 0
    SC Full = 0
    PWM = 0.00 / -0.05
    PWMS = 0.00 / 0.03
    Steering Gain = 145 / 105 variable

    Note, with the alternative setting Scoop Reduction is set at zero so Steering Gain needs to be set lower to maintain the same global force in order to have it comparable,
    itīs a little bit trial and error at this point. DRR and RA Gain stuff doesnīt necessarily need to match my values. -- Let me know what you think.

    Wonderful. Better than scoops. Only thing what I need is to feel G-forces.

    (with ffb folder 2) thnks a lot.
