Your settings should be in a pretty good place, regardless of RAG.

Any suggestions on where to start with the RAGain? Thank you

RAG at 1.0 is neutral, 1.10 - 1.30 is a good range to start with.

What should my steering gain be set to with a Scoop Knee setting of .71 and reduction of .31? And for some reason the Alpine A450 rattles wildly on Monza. Havent tried it on another track but I thought it was going to break my wheel.

CSW v2 new linear test with skoaderīs FCM 1.2

Unfortunately the build in test routine doesnīt work with a CSW v2, so "wheelcheck" step log 2 linear test data
was imported. Skoader claims his latest version (algorythm) to be more correct than the spreadsheet and his previous
    version. For comparison....

    spreadsheet -- CSW v2 Dri = 3 - SK = 86, SR = 28, DRR = 0.05

    FCM 1.2 new -- CSW v2 Dri = 3 - SK = 81, SR = 34, DRR = 0.03

    FCM 1.2 new -- CSW v2 Dri = off - SK = 42, SR 12, DRR = 0.05

Note, Dri = off (drag) the spreadsheet result was completely linear in contrast to FCM 1.2.

For me Steering Gain was at 1.00 at its best. RAG at 1.10 or more, depends on taste, RAB was ok at 0.10, lower was not bad either. Remember I was using SoftClip both at 0.00 (disabled). FCM might say SoftClipFull 1.00, but Half is 0.00, which means it is disabled.

Iīm running the CSW v2 alternative setting (no scoops)as on OP. Although different settings they donīt feel much apart from each other.

I got lost. Where exactly it Dri=3 better than Dri=off wrt to linearity on those graphs?

Granted, Dri=off MUST be used in conjunction with PWM and TBH scoops are irrelevant for me as I can't tell the difference from those settings and 0.

Disclaimer: I don't use any tweaker. I config my own FFB in the car setup.
