I'm on PS4 and I loved PCARS 1 (not so much part 2 but that's a different subject) with controller for years but hated the FFB once I finally bought a T300. I've tried everything but now I've finally found the ultimate FFB setup ever thanks to some German guy and Jack Spade. To me I absolutely get the best feel with the 66% settings but the OG poster guy (bingoo_1) uses Fy+Sop. Anyway, I can now enjoy PCARS 1 in its full glory on PS4 pro with the T300 for many years to come. Here are the base settings and you can find the car settings on pcars.oscarolim.pt. Please don't be afraid to test all this yourself and enjoy!
Jack Spades Fy+Sop (66% give me the best 'connection' with the car). (Deadzones: ) Lenkung (steering) 0/50, Gas (throttle) 0/50, Bremse (brake) 0/35, Kupplung (clutch) 0/35

Posting to say thanks to Jack Spade - I've posted what i use as comfortable settings.
Wheel: G29
Custom Jack Spade: Standard Mid Comp 100/35/45/45
FYI: I was struggling against AI at 100% at Barcelona with Acura, R8. I was stuck at 1:51:2, but consistent. Car felt weird, all bound up. Nothing helped. KIlling AI in last 6 -7 cornersn but losing so much time early in lap. AI was running 1:47. I had my alien friends try the combo and they ran 1:46 in multiple cars....
I deleted my Jack Spade file. Went back to game with stock Immersive and on second hot lap 1:47:6.
Dont know why, but I tested for a two nights and never got below a 1:51. So it wasnt a coincidence.
HOpe this helps someone else. Basically car felt bound up all the time. a Push I could not dial out.
i5 7600k OC to 4.9, ASUS GTX 1070 O.C. to 4.4, 16GB DDR4 2100 RAM, Rift, OSW Ioni 1x, Ioni Pro, small Mige, Fanatec CSL LC pedals, TH8 shifty.

@Jack Spade - attached converted txtVol & Tone Balance List V2.1.3.doc file to Word 2003 doc - makes it a bit easier to read.
