    Rear brake button feature request

My thread was deleted so I am remaking it.

I suggested Devs take a look into the handbrake

here is my reply to the guy who asked me a question afterward.

    ----------------------------------------------------

hmm I think it was most of the drifting vehicles like the BMW, Mercedes. This should fall into a category of upgrades then. All cars should be able to be modified to add

a handbrake to engage rear disc brakes... Lol...

I'd like to be shown proof that the vehicles that "Do not have handbrakes" indeed do not have them. This is a vital RACING feature, I believe all Manual cars have a "Parking Brake" which has

the same functionality or very similar to a "HandBrake".

Please fix this I would like to slow the back wheels down during sliding without hitting the actual brake and causing the nose to pitch forward to much.

Drifting isn't at the heart of Project Cars. It is more about the racing rather than drifting and pulling stunts. Therefore the requirement to have cars modified isn't there.
The feature you are referring to isn't something that has been implemented as this is not that type of game.

I highly doubt that it will be added but I will move this thread to the feature suggestion section and alter the title.

The Escort should have a hydraulic flyoff handbrake, but I think the Ai havent been programmed to use it lol

Update: improved handbrake function force has been increased in cars that have one, this is included in the next patch and will be implememted soon.
