how do you go about skinning the wheel color of the custom livery? i'm working on the escort rs team colors but am having quite a bit of trouble with figuring out the wheels. any help would be appreciated. cheers

right i found those. i was reading right after i posted this you can just add a new layer. i don't have photoshop. i have the old jasq program and corel's paintshop pro so i don't know if the .dds plugins will work with them. got a little program called paint.net i think it is that i can convert the .dds back and forth with the .png format that has transparent layers. got my skin about done and it is working out fine. just gonna have to play a bit to get the wheels i reckon. cheers

Jasc, damn that's a program I haven't heard about in a long while.
You can also give GIMP a shot if youre looking for a newer free application. Here's the .dds plugin for it.
well i am an 'old' fart lol i tried to install gimp but it fails (i am doing some tests on win10 at the moment) to install. it starts the install .exe but quits responding. if those are the nvidia plugins for photoshop... i have them installed in paintshop pro x6 by corel. i just need to figure them out. the paint.net program works directly with nvidia's .dds format but this dxt/alpha layer stuff is new to me. like i said i am an old fart. cheers and thanks

Don't forget wheel files are .dds DXT5 interpolated. Livery files are .dds DXT1.
