70%-75%, and even on this, I struggle like crazy.

That's what makes it interesting and challenging.

I started out with a gamepad and at 50%, but now that I have a wheel I have career mode at 67%. I just did my first practice session in race weekend (but no race) at 80% and liked it better. I wasn't the fastest in practice, but I was in the Top 3 and the AI forced me to be more accountable when it comes to hitting my marks. I also take all of the driving assists off.

I've been playing at 80% recently. I used to play at 100% in general and get really good races, but the AI some much more competitive now.

100% for the most part, otherwise it tends to get tedious. With many cars I still end up having to restrict the car or pick a slower one in the class (mainly with road cars) to give the AI a fighting chance.

There are some exceptions like the Zonda R, which on some tracks has the 100 AI pulling 2 seconds quicker times than the fastest humans have been capable of. =P

Oh? I had the opposite experience, especially with road cars. A while ago they slowed down significantly. =/

I used to race in the Caterham Seven Classic at 100% and get very close races, where I had to be on top form to be competitive. Now I'm getting that at 80%. The Formula Gulfs seem much better aswell, despite reducing difficulty.

It could be me though. I barely played the game for a few months. Maybe I need to get used to things again. All of the cars do seem a bit wheel-spinny though, which is something that didn't happen before.

Gonna have to call you on that one. No way anyone (even a proven professional driver) can realistically say that. Everything off? Opponents at maximum? No way.

    TC, GT4, GT3.

70% - little bit too easy for me. Im 1-2 sec faster than others in the race.
75% - seems to be my level, I can compete in top-5 quite easily
79% - I can keep it running, but if I make even simple mistake, I will stay behind and loose the position...
