Logitech Driving Force Pro brake pedal and wheel issue

    Hello,

I've just started to play this game and have noticed that my wheel will not allow for the full 900 degree turning, and more weirdly is the game will not pick up my brake pedal. Looking at the controller properties in Windows it looks like everything is in order (apart from not getting 900 degrees in the wheel), but when selecting my wheel in Project Cars and attempting to calibrate the pedals it simply will not pick up that pedal while the gas pedal works fine. Are there different drivers out there that I should be using, or perhaps need to install some other kind of software in conjunction with running this game to get everything working properly? I feel like the last time I used this wheel way back on an old XP box I installed some logitech software so that Live For Speed would function correctly, but nothing is popping out when I run a search. Hoping someone here knows .

    Running Win7 Pro x64

    Thanks in advance!

I ended up following instructions on setting up the Driving Force GT. Not the best video in the world, but this got my older "Pro" wheel up and running: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qsHCOOgwnE

What I think threw me off is the page for the Driving Force Pro says "No software or App is needed to use this product" (http://support.logitech.com/product/driving-force-pro), where the page for the Driving Force GT says "Logitech Gaming Software" is required.

Hope this helps others that may experience the same trouble.

Yeah, you probably need the Logi profiler software. Pcars recognized my DFP ok but I had a similar issue with my old Momo wheel where it wouldn't recognize the brake pedal until I turned the Logi profiler on.
Neither wheel are working perfectly, I am still having issues but I have managed to drive a few races where it felt ok.

Logi Profiler download is here in the second post v 5.10, they seem to have removed it from their website:

    And v5.02 is available here:
