Warning about overheating from Pit Crew

    Hi,

i got some serious overheating yesterday after an crash with impact on my radiator. My temperatures raised dramaticaly within seconds but i was concentrated on some dogfights going on around me. I think it would be helpful if the Pitcrew can give you a warning that smoke is blowing out of your car. In real racing this would happen. What do you think?

It would be nice if I could see the instrumentation, an enlargable motec panel would be nice. Drive the engine till it pops, unless engine changes are limited in your series? You can't get a headlamp fixed, wave goodby to sealing a leaky rad!?

I don't know my pit guys work wonders on repairing my engine during a pit stop. I didn't expect that....

We need more info on the car in general imo.
Tyre wear, engine temperature, aero damage etc etc...

I think The easiest fix for this would be OIL and WATER Temp light same as the FUEL light

I noticed a small amber light in the cockpit of the BMW GT3 (lower right-hand corner), It lights up when oil temp goes over 100. It wasn't very intuitive, there was no label near the light explaining its purpose, it would come on and I didn't know why until I cycled through the display options and notice the temp gauge. When it went over 100 (I think) the light came on . Now I know. But not all cars give that indication light/warning
