T300RS wheel centering issue (not centering spring, something else)

I have a wheel centering problem, my wheel is not exactly centered when the car's wheel is.

For example from cockpit view in the Formula A, when the car's wheel is perfectly centered my T300RS's blue ribbon is approximately at 350 instead of 0.

I tried to recalibrate the wheel ingame after the automatic PS4 calibration process but it doesn't change anything.

Something I noticed is when the PS4 calibrated the wheel it starts by slowly turn the wheel right, about 5-10, before the fast spinning starts.

    Any idea?

You can reset the wheel's center manually by doing this:

But I remember reading someone say that it's not good to do it too many times, as there is only enough of the wheel's internal memory to do it a limited number of times. He didn't mention how many times was the limit. I don't know if that's true or not though.

I'm going through this issue now with the wheel not centering but when plugging it into a PC I see a controller instead of a wheel and I can't go through the realignment process. Am I doing something wrong?
