    Pcars2? Funding

Will it get made regardless of the WMD crowd funding? Will SMS do it alone if no one gets behind the kick starter this time? Would seem tough to budget out a game and a plan without funding. Will it move forward at the pace of funding, or move forward regardless of funding status? Sitting at 5.9 % of goal. Might be a tough sell this time around.

    Funding is already sorted.

The 'buying into development' is just that, getting inside the development process and hopefully helping with it. For your buy in you get a copy of the game and extras depending on the level.
It's not a kick starter or crowd funded project and will proceed regardless of number of 'members'. In fact the chance to join will be a limited time offer and not stay open as long as it did for pCARS.

The chance to join is pretty much being given because many people wanted to be in on it, and the community was of help last time/this time.

yes, its not really crowdfunding, more 'accepting money from people who want to be involved in the process'. theres no return on investment or anything like that, it just allows you to mess around with the builds & follow progress (and ofc suggest ideas). theres a voting system but ive no idea how it works.

Where could you find more details on the votes, how many are for sale and what they represent a vote in? Surely the crowdfunder's/development assistants. Don't have 100% of the vote as board members and shape the game fully. What and how are there votes weighed against SMS direction & authority.
I guess I mean to ask is what do the votes mean, if anything? How are they setup to ensure the buyer gets something out of his vote. Or is the vote more symbolic, and not really important?

Ouch. How do you really feel about it. Sounds like a joke or something.

Design decisions. During development, there will be many forks in the road. When this happens, SMS will post a vote for the community with the available options. Depending on your level, your single vote may count for 1, 10 or 100 votes for your decision.

Why don't you just read the information that has been posted already? Answers everything you have asked and more in explicit detail. From your questions you haven't read anything.

Sort of off topic but......if they were to give a physical copy instead of digital with the $100 price point i would be all in. I'm not a fan of digital games.
