Why is this a thing that still happens?

Hi, I'm new here so don't really know the forum rules. I have been playing this game since it came out, I have noted that many do have issues with penalties and I have excepted that it is hard to judge what is intentional and what is unintentional but why does being hit on the grid count as a jump start? It is so frustrating. It happens all the time, surely that can be fixed somehow. It is bad enough to have broken suspension but to get a drive though also? For being hit on the grid? It makes no sense. Surely if you are in neutral the game can detect it is not your input that makes your car "jump the start"

Thats unfortunaetly just how it is right now. They game doesnt care why you moved, it only detects that you DID move early.

I have lost count on how many times this has happened to me.

If you're fast enough you can get into the pits and back out without losing your place. But thats not a option all the time especially when the drivers you're racing against are just as fast as you.

But I agree it needs fixed, many trolls use this as a tool to ruin peoples race.
