What the "挙車" meaning on the "Japanese Car Pack" Logo? "Lift the Car" in Japanese?

Seriously, I have no idea the meaning... I means... Reading this in Japanese ....

Used ジャパニーズ カーパック may better a lot...

    Update:
OK... I got wrong character at the start ... but... still not good idea

Because, after the few research, I realize there could possible means "Lift the Car" more than "Project CARS", much more worse my first thinking... Don't let pCARS like NOOB please...

"車" means Car.... so I'd assume it means "Car Pack".... maybe?

I so sure this logo would be a serious joke in Japan. I swear....

Text as ジャパニーズ(Japanese) カーパック(Car pack) is much better a lot...

Now the 拳車 is no meaning and looks REAL stupid.

There means could guess as "Fist"(拳) & "Car"(車) more than "car pack"

    Update:

    I get wrong character.

There means could guess as "Raise"(挙) & "Car"(車)

Fist Car is the German XXX DLC pack.
Full control of car at start, pit stops, flags and after the end of a race FTW.

As what PowderGuy said it should have been Kata for an english world written in Japanese.

I would have gone for 日本車 (Japanese Cars)

拳車 comes up as 'Fist car' in Google translate, I know Google Translate is terrible but it can't be far off.

Looks stupid too... because.... if the thing is outer the Japan culture, they prefer using katakana to represent it.

Even Gran Turismo, they use グランツーリスモ more than possible "素晴らしい観光" (means "Awesome Tours" .... Would you smell the wrong things?)
