Is there a beginners guide in pdf?

I watched the videos and I am really liking those, great info. But as mentioned in the thread already, is this available in a written version. Or even better, is there some "idiots" guide for people like me focusing on breaking, over and understeer.
So basically is the info in the videos available somewhere as pdf. The videos are great, but it is hard to use them when trying out to tune a car in the game. If there is no pdf of that, maybe we can make one for beginners like me, I think the game needs something like that because it is missing in the nearly not existing manual.

    thx michael

I find it really hard to remember everything & agree I need something that's very clear. With diagrams showing clearly what is happening. I'm finding it very frustrating in pcars trying to get the setup right with some cars even after watching & rewatching a ton of stuff. I wonder maybe it is just my driving or maybe the cars just have unrealistic handling.

Unfortunately, if setting up cars was particularly easy, there wouldn't be a need to employ engineers and technicians with decades of experience for the job (both inside and outside of racing circumstances).

Silverstone National TT Set Up for Marek LMP2
    Front Sway 150nm, toe 0.0 Downforce 0.0
178 BAR front tire pressure left 166 right
    47mm ride height
    -1.6 camber
    170N/mm front spring
    6mm bump
    12500 slow bump
    11300 slow rebound
    3200 fast bump
    Rear
164Bar left rear tire pressure 160Bar right
    0.0 camber
    51mm ride height
    120N/mm spring rate
    6mm bump stop
13900N/mm Slow Bump Left 14100 Right
    16300N/m/s Slow rebound
    3800N/m/s Fast Bump
    3500N/m/s Fast rebound
    Rear sway bar 90 N/mm toe 0.0 Downforce 7.0

This drives easy but you can go fast, currently 2nd to Sloskimo. You can modify this set up for other tracks but be aware to go fast drastic changes need to be made.

Sorry, I am old. Weight Bias 53 (you can change this according to specific track for example Silverstone International move forward) Accel lock 31 and Decel 42. Preload is 60. You can set the Accel lower if you need too until you learn the track and the same for the preload, you should be safe with the Decel. Brake bias is kind of up to you, I used 48 but don't go to high or you will understeer. Some cars can use more front camber but to much rear camber will use up your rear tire on this car, for me. If you want to stiffen the suspension use the Bump stops, if you put in too much rear spring you will spin easier with this setup.

This game could help and guide us. The internet and forums are a minefield for setups/physic etc. Perhaps game should drop us some hints or something like that without totally giving the game away. It could be a lot more educational IMO. We are the drivers, crew chiefs, tyre techs, brake techs, suspension techs, engine, drivetrain techs all-in-one and that's quite a big ask and brings frustration. Better this than fussing over coding-up accurate damage modelling.
